Bazi araclarin (Orn. Renault Megane, Laguna vs..) on caminda metal filtre var. Ve bu metal filtre alinip verilebilecek tum sinyalleri kuvvetli bir bicimde bloke eder.. Mesela OGS 'yi on camin siradan bir yerinde tuttugunuzda kacak gecis gosterir. Bu tip araclarda fabrikadan, genellikle dikiz aynasinin oldugu yerde bir 20 cm'lik bir dikdotgenlik alan, filtresiz birakilir ve bu alan dalmacyali kopek deseni gibi benek beneklerle isaretlenir. OGS buraya takilmak zorundadir. Ama bu alan GPS icin mantikli bir yer olmayabilir.
