2U is looking for Executive Assistant

 Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full support to
the Manager in all administrational functions; and she/he will also have the
following responsibilities:
- Maintain calendar, reserve conference rooms, coordinate travel arrangements, manage incoming&outgoing calls for the manager - Prepare internal and external corresponendence, organizational charts and
other documents; manage incoming correspondence and documents as needed
- Manage selected assignments and special projects

 Preferred Qualifications
* Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong work ethic and willingnes to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities
• Excellent coordination&communication skills
• Team player and hard working
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Able to work within flexible working hours if requýred
