Bir çatal okuyucusu ve izleyicisi olarak; Catalhoyuk kazilari bilindigi gibi
iki aşamada çalışmaları yürütülen bir kazı yeri olup, orta anadolu’da yer
almaktadır. Burada ortaya çıkarılan kültürün hem neolitik hemde kalkolitik
dönemlere ait olduğu da öteden beri bilinmektedir. Yeni dönem kazıları bu
duruma biraz daha geniÅŸ bir perspektiften bakarak yerleÅŸmeyi daha iyi
anlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu belirtilen Türkler ve Çatalhöyük konusuna
aydınlık getirecek bir buluntudan ve bu konuya ilişkin her hangi bir yazı
yerleşmede çalışan arkeologlar ve uzmanlarca ileri sürülmedi henüz. Buna
benzer bir tezin ortaya atılması ve bunun da doğrulanması için bir çok
farklı bilim dalının birlikte çalışmasına (hiç değilse genetikçi ordusu) ve
sanırım uzun yıllara ihtiyaç olacaktır. Kaldı ki böyle bir tez de önce
MANTIKSAL lık açısından ve KRONOLOJİK açıdan sorgulanmalıdır..Kültürel
sürekliliğin ne olduğunu iyi kavramak gerekir..aksi takdirde buna benzer
tezlere rastlamak her geçen gün artabilir...
çatalhöyük çalışmaları teorik arkeoloji modellerinden bir veya bir kaçına
uygun veya paralel gidiyor olabilir ama projenin amacı ırk sorununa çözüm
getirmek olduğunu, özellikle türklerin kökenini araştırmak olduğunu hiç
sanmıyorum. Bununla birlikte doğru olan kısım şudur: Evet..Çatalhöyükte
türkler var..ve diğer arkeolog meslaktaşları ile birlikte çalışmalarına
devam ediyorlar..
